For players who love the classic look of the single-cut Eclipse guitar shape, but require a seven-string model in a full 27" baritone scale with the quality of the LTD Deluxe "1000 Series", the EC-1007 Baritone EverTune has finally arrived. This guitar has it all… a glossy Black finish complemented by gold hardware, and special aesthetic touches like multi-ply body and headstock binding. But that's just the start. Not only can you downtune this guitar to extraordinary depths for the most gut-thumping riffs while keeping ideal string tension, but the EC-1007 Baritone EverTune will also stay in perfect tune at all points of the neck, thanks to the EverTune constant tension bridge system. This guitar also features set-thru construction for smooth access to the higher registers, a mahogany body with maple cap, and a fully bound three-piece mahogany neck. Other features include LTD locking tuners, a Macassar ebony fingerboard with ESP flag inlays, and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. Its sound is powered by a set of Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker active pickups (ceramic in the bridge and alnico in the neck), with push-pull control to select voicings and gold covers to match this guitar's incredible aesthetics. Each pickup offers two voices. With the ceramic bridge pickup, Voice 1 is the ultimate high-output ceramic humbucker bridge pickup tone… crisp, searing crunch, tight bass with no mud, and a growl. Voice 2 delivers modern passive attack performance that has superbly organic distortion characteristics with outstanding dynamics and response. The alnico neck pickup's Voice 1 is Fishman's modern active high-output tone, offering the ideal active alnico sound: full, round, and boosted, but with unprecedented articulation and dynamics. Voice 2 gives you the crisp, clean and fluid neck humbucker tone you've always wanted.

Specifications

CONSTRUCTION: Set-Thru
SCALE: 27" Baritone
BODY: Mahogany w/ Maple Cap
NECK: 3Pc Mahogany
FINGERBOARD: Macassar Ebony
FINGERBOARD RADIUS: 300-400mm Compound
FINISH: BLACK
NUT WIDTH: 48mm
NUT TYPE: Molded
NECK CONTOUR: Thin U
FRETS/TYPE: 24 XJ Stainless
HARDWARE COLOR: Black + Gold
STRAP BUTTON: Standard
TUNERS: LTD Locking
BRIDGE: EverTune (F model) w/ Gold Saddles
NECK PU: Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Alnico Gold 7 String (Pull Tone for Voice 2)
BRIDGE PU: Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Ceramic Gold 7 String (Pull Tone for Voice 2)
ELECTRONICS LAYOUT: Volume/Volume/Tone(Push/Pull)/Toggle Switch
STRINGS: D'Addario XL110-7 (.010/.013/.017/.026/.036/.046/.059)
