Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

Products may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of the purchase/shipping date, provided they are in original condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.

Any product exchanged or returned after 14 days will be subject to a restocking charge.

Products with missing accessories or packaging, as well as products no longer in original condition, can still be exchanged or returned, with replacement costs and/or product devaluation taken into consideration. 

Any Special Orders that are canceled by the customer (or any orders paid via financing) will be issued a store credit (no refunds). 

The Guitar World Mississauga reserves the right to amend our return/refund policy at any time as required on a case by case basis.

Return Procedure

Text, email, or call us for a return authorization number.  Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number included.  Write the return authorization number on the original invoice with a brief explanation as to why the item(s) are being returned/exchanged. The cost of the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Return Exceptions

Exceptions to our return policy include:

• Special orders
• Computer software
• Products with accompanying software that has been registered
• Print music (books and sheet music)
• Harmonicas
• Earplugs and in-ear monitors
